LDC Announces an Opening for Domestic Execution Specialist
Overall Purpose
The Domestic Execution Specialist function provides cross-platform support across the region. The scope of this role includes trade confirmation control, trade finalization, invoicing, supporting accounting documentation, cash processing, commodity payments, and stock reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare UAH purchase and sales contracts and addendums, monitor their execution and signing, and upload contract information into the 1C Logistics system.
- Review and process all required accounting documents (invoices, warehouse certificates, delivery notes/acts, tax invoices) required for payment creation in the 1C Logistics system.
- Monitor VAT registration and other documents required under contractual agreements.
