Domain Principal - Digital Channel Development

Provide strategic leadership for the planned development of Inland Revenue's customer-facing digital services. You will shape the roadmap, priorities and performance measures that guide myIR and Gateway Services, ensuring high-performing digital services that meet legislative and organisational priorities while advancing sustainable development.

In this role, you will:

• Establish a structured approach to channel development by bringing together demand from across the organisation and identifying practical approaches for assessing and progressing opportunities for digital channel improvement.
• Own the digital channel roadmap by developing, maintaining and championing an end-to-end roadmap for myIR and Gateway Services, providing a clear view of direction, priorities and planned development.
