Vacancy Description
- Manage the renewal of DOH healthcare facility licences and DED trade licences.
- Process new licence applications, ownership changes, location changes, and licence amendments.
- Coordinate DOH preliminary approvals for new pharmacies and healthcare facilities.
- Manage Pharmacist-in-Charge and Controlled-in-Charge transfer applications.
- Prepare, review, and submit all required regulatory documents.
- Monitor application progress and respond to queries raised by government authorities.
- Maintain an accurate licensing calendar and ensure all renewals are completed before expiry.
- Liaise with internal departments, legal representatives, consultants, and government entities.
- Monitor regulatory updates and communicate any changes affecting the business.
- Maintain complete electronic and physical records of licences, approvals, permits, and official correspondence.
