Documentation Specialist – location: Kouvola, Finland. Manage, organize, and control data center project documentation throughout the project lifecycle using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and correspondence management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ACC projects and folders: set up permissions, naming conventions, and metadata/tags to support search and reporting.
• Control document lifecycle: upload, review, publish, supersede, and archive drawings, models, specifications, and records.
• Administer workflows: configure and monitor RFIs, submittals, transmittals, issues, and approvals within ACC.
