Documentation Officer, Consumer Loan Operations

The work location is based at Tampines. This is a 12-mths contract role.

Credit Administration for End-to-End Processing of HDB and Private Residential Home Loans (PHL)

This includes the following functions:

• Processing and Checking of New Home Loan Applications
• Documentation Processing: This entails disbursement, redemption and other service-related requests, such as:

• Restructuring of credit facilities after disbursement
• Partial capital repayment
• Repricing of loans
• Bridging Loans, etc.

• Safe-Keeping of Security Documents:Performed safekeeping of the security documents via CLIMS
• Liaison with External and Internal Parties: This includes solicitors, valuers, branches, contact centre, Mortgage Specialist centre, and other departments regarding mortgage-related issues and inquiries.
