Credit Administration for End-to-End Processing of HDB and Private Residential Home Loans (PHL)
Key Responsibilities- Processing and checking of new home loan applications: ensure accuracy and completeness of loan applications.
- Documentation processing: manage disbursement, redemption, and other service-related requests, including:
- Restructuring of credit facilities after disbursement
- Partial capital repayment
- Repricing of loans
- Bridging loans
- Safe‑keeping of security documents: perform safekeeping of security documents to ensure their integrity and confidentiality.
- Liaison with external and internal parties: communicate effectively with solicitors, valuers, branches, contact centers, Mortgage Specialist Centers, and other departments regarding mortgage‑related issues and inquiries.
