Accurate documentation is the backbone of that work. We're hiring a Documentation Assistant to support our growing base of clients.
What you'll do
- Issue critical documents like certificates and agreements.
- Keep client records accurate and up to date
- Be responsive to both clients and AHF’s internal departments
- Coordinate with the rest of the documentation team so files are completed correctly and on time
- Leverage technology to streamline workflows
