Job Summary: The Document Controller Interior Fit-Out is responsible for managing and maintaining all project-related documentation, ensuring accurate recording, distribution, tracking, and archiving of drawings, technical submissions, approvals, correspondence, and project records. The role ensures smooth document flow between project teams, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining compliance with company and project procedures. Manage and maintain project document control systems for interior fit-out projects. Receive, register, distribute, and track all incoming and outgoing project documents. Maintain document registers, transmittals, drawing logs, and approval trackers. Control and issue drawings, shop drawings, material submittal, RFIs, method statements, and technical documents.
