QMS Document Control Coordinator
Summary: The QMS Document Control Coordinator administers, coordinates, manages, controls and maintains the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, ensuring that all documents and records are up-to-date, approved, distributed and archived in accordance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of Quality Management System documents (creation, review, approval, distribution, and obsolescence) in accordance with IATF‑16949 standards.
- Ensure current versions of documents are always published and available to users in the control system.
- Review formatting and configuration of documents, collaborating with document owners to promote standardization.
- Track documents for expiration and work with owners to ensure timely updates.
