and Communication Sciences is a hub of expertise with roughly 220 faculty and staff members, offering research and teaching in electrical and electromagnetic phenomena, and related modelling and applications. We collaborate with industrial partners and maintain state‑of‑the‑art RF measurement laboratories, including an over‑the‑air signal generation, transmission and antenna measurement capabilities up to 110 GHz and an anechoic chamber.

We invite applications for a Doctoral Researcher (PhD student) position in Antenna Engineering. The main research topic is antenna engineering and RF engineering, covering:

• Mobile phone antenna design and electromagnetic simulations
• Prototype manufacturing
• Extensive RF and antenna measurements using the anechoic chamber, RF measurement equipment and human phantoms
