Dock Supervisor

We are currently looking to hire Dock Supervisor Reporting to Terminal Manager, this position is responsible for the efficient operation of a high-volume dock within the Calgary terminal.

Shift Hours

Mon-Fri 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Basic Duties

• Planning loads to deliver within the Calgary city
• Ensures all dock employees are operating in a safe and efficient manner
• Processes all inbound loads from various origins and P&D terminals in a timely basis
• Ensures all outbound loads depart on time and full as per network schedule
• Drives revenue growth through accessorial/cubing/reweigh activities
• Utilizes the staffing/equipment levels that are aligned with volumes and budget
