DLP Supervisor (Civil)

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced DLP Supervisor Civil for post-handover and Defects Liability Period activities. The ideal candidate will have strong civil construction expertise with hands-on experience in identifying, coordinating, and closing defects while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily civil repair and defect rectification activities during the DLP stage. - Carry out site inspections to identify and evaluate civil and finishing-related defects. - Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, maintenance teams, consultants, and engineering teams for timely completion of works. - Supervise repairs involving waterproofing, masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, and other civil finishes. - Ensure all corrective works meet required quality, safety, and project specifications. - Follow up on client/customer service requests and drive pending defects through to closure. - M...
