DLP Operations Lead

Role: DLP Operations Leadership Experience: 7 years Location: Mumbai Lead day‑to‑day DLP monitoring, investigation, incident response, and escalation activities. Act as the primary point of contact for DLP operations. Drive operational maturity by defining and tracking SLAs, KPIs, and response timelines . Assess risk and determine business impact of data leakage incidents. Lead, mentor, and review work of junior DLP analysts . Coordinate with SOC, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams during DLP incidents. Handle business exceptions, risk acceptance decisions , and policy escalations. Communicate clearly and confidently with technical and non‑technical stakeholders . Strong spoken English with the ability to lead discussions and incident calls.
