The GBS Divisional Senior Financial & Actuarial Consultant is a key leadership role within the Health and Benefits division. This position oversees a team of professionals, providing guidance and technical assistance to account teams and clients. The role includes delivering actuarial and underwriting expertise, mentoring team members, and driving the adoption of best practices across regions. How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll lead and manage a team of financial and actuarial professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients and internal teams. You’ll provide resources, tools and training to the team for underwriting analysis, developing financial projections, calculation of reserves, plan design modeling and overall financial analysis of US employer benefit plans.
