Divisional HR Manager - Klerksdorp Area

My client a leading Retail Group wants to reward suitably qualified and experienced HR Professional with an exciting career opportunity. The position is based in Alberton and will service Retail Branches in a designated division.

Requirements:

Human Resources experience of at least 5 years as a Generalist.
Sound experience in Industrial Relations and Recruitment & Selection ESSENTIAL
Retail experience will be a HUGE advantage
Qualification of at least a National Diploma in the HR field

Good planning, interpersonal and analytical skills
Effective writing skills in English

Must be fluent in at least one African language
Must have represented an employer at the CCMA at Arbitration level. ESSENTIAL

Must have liaised/negotiated with Trade Unions
Must have a code 08 driving license and be willing to travel extensively
