Division Manager

**What You'll Be Doing**

**Job Scope:** The Industrial Division Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and strategic direction of the Industrial Services Division. This role oversees operations, financial performance, business development, staffing, risk management, and execution of all projects within the Division. The Division Manager is ultimately accountable for ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, on schedule, and in alignment with company standards and long-term objectives.

**Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:**

Leadership & Management

+ Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the Division.
+ Establish and maintain accountability at all levels of the Division.
