District Manager

**Job Summary:**

+ Lead, guide, direct, monitor and manage performance of employees. Provide coaching, counseling and appropriate discipline and training. Ensure appropriate paperwork is completed and timely processing occurs.
+ Manage and oversee shop operations and multiple locations
+ Conduct Fleet evaluations to ensure maintenance standards are met
+ Assist in creating a positive team oriented environment through employee development, motivation, coaching and counseling
+ Prepare safety documentation required by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), company and any other Federal, State or local authorities
+ Ensure safe and reliable vehicles are available to meet operational requirements
+ Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the Fleet Services shops through regular inspections and preventative maintenance programs
