Distribution/Audit Clerk

Responsibilities

• Ensure merchandise is correctly distributed to stores, coordinating with other departments regarding distribution to appropriate locations.
• Participate in daily operations of receiving, auditing, and distributing merchandise.
• Pull merchandise based on invoice and ensure it is tagged to the correct location and inspect for correct SKU tags.
• Send merchandise, as assigned by division buyers, to vendors, stores, etc.
• Make ready orders for manual pickup of items in a timely manner by ensuring all orders are completed and placed in designated pickup/handling areas.
• Key transfers to vendors, BINS, MEDUSA, and stores.
• Perform all required data entry processes.
• Communicate with stores, managers, buyers, and vendors on a regular basis.
