Distribution Manager

We're looking for an experienced Distribution Manager to lead our Auckland-based distribution operation and help shape the future of our North Island logistics network.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for all outward logistics, dispatch and delivery activities from our Auckland manufacturing facility based in Highbrook. You'll ensure our products are delivered safely, in full, on time and in specification while continually challenging existing practices to improve efficiency, fleet management, customer service and cost performance.

We're seeking a leader who isn't afraid to ask difficult questions, identify opportunities others may miss, and drive meaningful change across our distribution network. You'll combine operational excellence with strategic thinking to ensure our logistics capability supports both current performance and future needs.
