+ Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
+ Act as the main point of contact between Customer Service, Shipping, Logistics, and the Distribution Center.
+ Escalate shipping and logistics issues when necessary.
+ Audit shipments and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
