**_Summary_** :

The Plant Manager will be responsible for all start-up activities, including but not limited to, hiring of warehouse personnel, facilities readiness, and a seamless transition for our customers. In steady-state operations, the Plant Manager will have full business leadership responsibility for EHS and Site Compliance, Material Handling Integrity, Functional Cost, and Customer On-Time Delivery. In addition to site management, the Plant Manager will be responsible for working with logistics to optimize service and delivery from the DC to our customers, both internally and externally _._
