Distribution Aide - Stores

Position Overview

Performs a variety of material distribution functions including processing incoming/outgoing materials, picking and filling orders, storing material in the proper location, communicating efficiently with different departments, inventory counting, and controlling inventory operational levels for the MHC inventory in a cost‑effective and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

Ensures accurate and timely distribution of medical and surgical items, maintains computerized records using ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support the health centre’s core values, philosophy, vision, and continuous improvement goals.

Experience

• Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP and database procedures.
• Experience with modern warehousing practices is preferred.
