Distillery Manager

Applications are invited for the above-mentioned position to be based at our Van Ryn Distillery in Stellenbosch . The successful candidate will report to the Plant Manager: Distilleries .

Key Performance Areas include (but are not limited to):

• Set strategic direction and goals for Van Ryn Distillery within the overall divisional Key Performance Areas
• Effectively lead sub‑ordinates to ensure a competent and motivated workforce
• Manage assets and financial resources to achieve short‑, medium‑ and long‑term goals
• Compile and effectively manage the budget for the site
• Ultimately responsible for all Capex projects at the site
• Effectively interface with all internal and external stakeholders (e.g. other Supply Chain operational divisions and CoE’s, internal customers, suppliers, etc.)
• Responsible for Safety, Health and Risk Control at the Van Ryn Distillery
