Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Eventus Legal are seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Legal Executive with join a successful team based in Sunderland, due to succession planning. The role is a permanent position.

Role responsibilities

The successful Dispute Resolution Solicitor will be tasked with progressing a caseload experience of dispute resolution work in both the High and County Courts including but not limited to the following areas of law:

• Contract disputes
• Contentious probate
• Landlord and tenant disputes (both commercial and residential)
• Commercial disputes and partnership disputes.
