We have an exciting opportunity to join the Building and Tenancy Services branch as a Dispute Resolution Coordinator (Tenancy). MBIE’s Tenancy Dispute Resolution team provides services to tenants and landlords under the Residential Tenancies Act and the Unit Titles Act. In this role you will be part of a team responsible for the delivery of high‑quality case management services to customers with a focus on meeting the needs of Māori and Aotearoa’s diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Review Residential Tenancy Tribunal applications to determine the type of tenancy dispute and decide the best course of action.
