Key Duties

Dispense high-quality eyewear, offering tailored advice based on patients' needs and prescriptionsContribute to the day-to-day operations of the practice with a proactive, hands-on approachDemonstrate leadership by guiding, motivating, and supporting team membersProvide assistance with staff training and help resolve dispensing queriesOversee stock management, including ordering, inventory control, and liaising with suppliersEnsure compliance with GOC regulations and maintain accurate patient recordsWork collaboratively with the resident optometrist to deliver seamless, high-quality carePlay a role in business development and contribute to the continued success of the practice
