Immediate need for a Dispatcher to support an American food and beverage company in Orlando, FL.

**Job Title:** Dispatcher/Payroll Clerk (1st Shift)
**Pay Rate** : $19.50/hr
**Location:** Orlando, FL
**Schedule** : **Schedule** : 5:00am – 1:00pm ( **Initially MUST train on both 1:00pm – 9:00pm and 9:00pm – 5:00am shifts** )

**What’s the Job?**

+ Seek and negotiate the lowest carrier costs.
+ Determine daily shipping needs for the facility.
+ Assemble orders that make up outgoing loads.
+ Input/maintain accurate data regarding carriers, deliveries, and costs in IT systems and reports.
+ Maximize carrier load weights and volume by coordinating orders with other Dean Facilities.
+ Dispatch approved carriers and confirm load date/time and delivery date/time.
+ Monitor loads for pickup and delivery to customer as agreed.
