ABOUT THE ROLE

C&G is on the lookout for a hands-on Dispatcher to oversee our final-mile delivery network in the Greater Albany, NY area. If you love logistics, enjoy coordinating with people, and thrive on keeping things running smoothly, this could be your next career move! You'll be the captain of our delivery operations, working with contracted motor carriers and delivery teams to ensure home appliances purchased from a major big box retailer reach our customers on time and in perfect condition.
This role combines strategy, leadership, and execution. You'll manage 3rd-party delivery partners, track key performance indicators, and directly impact customer satisfaction. Your work will help keep our delivery network humming efficiently while providing an excellent experience for every customer.
