- Dispatch drivers and vehicles; monitor trips, routes, and performance
- Coordinate with drivers, clients, and operations; manage schedules and issues in real-time
Job Requirements
- With at least 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, transport, logistics, or operations is an advantage.
- Can work under pressure
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, reporting)
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
- Familiar with routes and traffic is an advantage
