Overview

Riviera Prenail designs and manufactures timber frames and trusses. This role leads dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and oversees a small team with a focus on safety and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Action daily dispatch operations to ensure timely deliveries.
• Oversee loading, stock movements, and quality control of outgoing products.
• Manage team performance, training, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch schedules and stock levels.
• Work closely with the Production and Scheduling teams to streamline workflow.
• Ensure all health and safety policies are followed in the dispatch area.
