Dispatch Operations Manager
Our client, a growing mechanical services company in the Hartford area, is seeking a Dispatch Operations Manager to lead a centralized team and drive day-to-day operational excellence. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong dispatch, scheduling, and team management experience.
Job Responsibilities
+ Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5-8 individuals
+ Oversee daily operations including technician scheduling, customer communication, work orders and services
+ Develop and improve standard operating procedures, workflows, and best practices
+ Monitor and report on key operational metrics including technician utilization, response times, drive time, and work order status
+ Partner across the organization to maintain consistent processes and deliver exceptional customer service
