Dispatch Executive

Responsibilities:

Handle dispatch status updates for priority (red category) customers

Maintain factory reports in Excel

Manage maintenance-related purchases and vendor coordination

Ensure raw material availability and follow up with suppliers

Coordinate with sales team for order tracking and daily follow-upsRequirements:5+ years experience in dispatch/operations

Good Excel and coordination skills

Strong follow-up and communication ability.
