Dispatch and Invoicing Clerk

Location: Strydom Park, Randburg Requirements: - Matric
- Minimum 35 years' experience in customer service, sales administration or dispatch administration
- Experience with Sage Pastel Evolution
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans (non-negotiable) Responsibilities: - Coordinate all dispatch, courier and freight bookings to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Schedule and monitor customer collections, ensuring goods are ready and all documentation is complete.
- Provide professional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries, resolving issues and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Process and capture customer sales orders accurately and efficiently on the ERP system.
- Prepare and issue customer sales invoices, ensuring all pricing, quantities and supporting documentation are correct.
