Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dishwashing area, sinks, floors, and waste disposal areas.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cutleries, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Sort, stack, and store cleaned items properly.
- Report damaged equipment or unsafe conditions to Head Chef.
- Assist Chefs in the Kitchen Operations.
- Monitor the inventory level of ingredients and notify the Head Chef when stock level is low.
- Anticipate the following day's supplies and prepare appropriate quantity of ingredients.
- Responsible for washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking of foods.
- Understand and comply with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements.
- To perform other duties as assigned.
