Job Summary
We’re seeking a motivated and dependable Prep Cook/Dishwasher to support our kitchen team. In this role, you’ll assist with food prep, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and help ensure smooth service. 

Responsibilities

• Preparing sauces and dressings. 


• Ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored. 


• Washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients. 


• Measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes or chef's instructions. 


• Prerinse dishes, glasses, and tableware and load them into the dishwasher
