Dishwasher & General Kitchen helper (North York)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dishwasher & Kitchen Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various kitchen tasks, ensuring a clean and efficient food preparation workplace. This role is essential in supporting our chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality meals and exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

Candidate Must Be Able To:

• Lift / carry 50lbs. Carefully lift and carry heavy items in the kitchen
• Be able to stand for long periods of time
• Work quickly in a hectic environment
• Wash dishes using cold water
• Use hot water for oily items
• Be flexible to changes in priorities as required.

Responsibilities

• Pre sort & pre soak, all items, to ensure an efficient process
• Handwash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, plates, cutlery, kitchen tools, pots, and pans using a 3 compartment sink & a commercial sanitization - dishwasher....
