**Job Summary and Qualifications**
Responsible of performing various cleaning tasks, running a dish machine, and operating a manual pot & pan wash station.
**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Operates commercial dish machine & manual pot washing stations.
2. Sets up dish machine &/or pot areas promptly at the beginning of each shift and keeps kitchen supplied with clean pots/pans/china/silverware/etc throughout the day.
3. Maintains area with appropriate cleaning supplies and requisitions items as needed prior to running out.
4. Thoroughly breaks down and cleans equipment after each meal period.
