Serving as a trusted resource within a four-year liberal arts college community, the position offers trauma‑informed guidance, helps individuals understand their options, and connects them to campus and external resources. The role also collaborates with campus partners to promote an inclusive learning and working environment while prioritizing the well‑being and autonomy of those seeking support. The role will also be a resource for all members of campus to receive education and training on issues related to discrimination and harassment.
