Project Management Lead – Malaysia
The Project Management Lead for Malaysia oversees the performance, growth, and technical excellence of the PM and DM teams supporting global projects. This role ensures consistent, high‑quality project delivery, strong commercial performance, and alignment with AECOM’s global PM/DM standards. The PM Lead strengthens Malaysia as a strategic delivery hub and serves as a senior leader in client engagement, project governance, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
- Lead and manage PMs and DMs, ensuring consistent application of PMDM processes and best practices.
- Drive utilization, quality, commercial performance, and operational efficiency across the discipline.
- Oversee resource planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
- Communicate business priorities and lead change initiatives across the team.
