Key Responsibilities Lead regional manufacturing delivery on Safety, Quality, Compliance, Volume, Cost, and organizational development across multiple sites. Drive unit cost optimization through ONE TDC program, LEAN capabilities, and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver Gross Margin growth. Build and develop robust manufacturing systems, digital visualization, automation capabilities, and benchmark processes. Develop and manage the regional manufacturing talent pool, succession pipeline, and organizational transformation aligned with company values. Oversee CAPEX project development and implementation, master planning, and alliance site management. Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Technical teams to deliver symmetric performance across the Business Unit.
