Director, Vehicle Software Validation & Platform Transformation

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Director of Software and System Validation to join Ford of Mexico’s Verification and Validation team in Mexico City. You will lead a multi-regional team to execute comprehensive testing strategies while ensuring quality in software delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, 15+ years of experience in the automotive field, and proven leadership skills in technical teams. A hybrid work schedule is available.
