Director – Transitions & Program Management

We are seeking a senior leader to drive large-scale transition programs and portfolio execution for our expanding India footprint. This includes in-house SEI teams, a rapidly growing Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad, and multiple third-party partner relationships.

This role will be responsible for end-to-end technology & operations transition execution, including:

• Migration of roles from onshore locations into the GCC
• Conversion of partner-delivered services into SEI-owned capabilities (“insourcing”)
• Establishing disciplined program management and governance across all GCC initiatives

You will act as the central driver of execution—ensuring that transitions are structured, risks are managed, and outcomes are delivered with speed, quality, and predictability.
