To lead the development and execution of all of EGA’s operational and technical training initiatives for all operational training systems within EGA, ensuring alignment with corporate and operational goals.

• Drive the formulation and implementation of operational and technical training strategies that align with EGA’s overall strategy, Human Capital and Talent Management.

• Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and environmental management policies and procedures within the department to uphold employee safety and regulatory compliance.
