Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Global Services strategy, portfolio, and project management capability, including governance, intake, prioritization, and delivery frameworks that provide enterprise-wide visibility into initiatives, investments, and outcomes.
• Partner across Strategy & Operations and Global Services stakeholders to define the future‑state strategy and roadmap for the Global Business Services organization.
• Establish and continuously improve portfolio management standards, tools, and processes through benchmarking and industry best practices.
