**Position Summary...**
The Director, Specialty Compliance and Ethics – AI Governance leads the development and execution of compliance strategies using technology to enable responsible AI use. This role directs AI governance compliance, embedding technology controls throughout an AI system's lifecycle. This position oversees the strategy for translating evolving laws and regulations into risk identification and design and deployment of technical controls. The role collaborates with engineering teams on AI governance technology design and deployment, defines and designs guardrails, continuously tests and monitors, is accountable for key performance metrics, creates policy, and drives continuous enhancements aligned with business objectives.
