Director, Solution Management

**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Director of Solution Management is responsible for defining and executing winning strategies for service product solution offerings by targeting existing and new market opportunities; in particular, the service area(s) of Clinical Engineering, Medical Equipment Rental, Patient Handling, Asset Management, and/or Laser Support Services.

**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Understand and become a subject matter expert on the overall solution offering, defined as: services and supported medical equipment included as part of the service product
+ Create, manage and innovate the Solution Business Model, to include:
+ Validate customer segmentation and market requirements definition
+ Enhance existing solutions to improve the value proposition
+ Establish return on investment analysis
