Resorts World Sentosa is seeking a strategic and results driven Director, Regional Sales & Marketing – Digital Channel, to lead the development and execution of digital channel strategies across the RWS portfolio. The role is responsible for driving digital performance, revenue marketing, and commercial growth through the optimisation of digital channels, and data-driven marketing initiatives. Reporting to AVP, Regional Sales & Marketing.

This position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, technical expertise, and execution excellence. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to think innovatively, translate insights into actionable strategies, and effectively collaborate across multiple business units and stakeholders.
