1. To establish KRA and critical milestone for Supply Chain Management Department(Logistics and SM) to achieve the targets and align with Silterra business strategy.
2. To lead and manage a team to support department KRA/Objectives.
3. To develop supply positioning overview system, enabling tactical profits on high value items, ensure supply continuity, and strategic partnership with critical vendors and contractors.
4. To define and implement best practices in logistic, procurement, partner-vendor management and tendering process.
5. To initiate the cost saving projects for the company.
6. To identify development plan for managers to improve competency in execution of the job duties and their responsibilities.
