Director of Sales – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
The Regional Sales Director is accountable for driving the sales performance of the regional sales team across UOP’s entire portfolio, with particular focus on LST products and services. The role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate forecasts, growing the pipeline, fostering customer relationships, and developing talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on assigned sales targets (bookings and revenue) for the region.
- Maintain accurate Business Forecasts in SFDC, focusing on opportunity close dates, probabilities for UOP success, and expected UOP fees.
- Manage the Account Plan activity and executive engagement with regional customers to understand needs and drive requirements.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow sales, including core growth, demand generation, and the ‘Performance Solutions’/outcomes business vector.
