Director, Sales Europe

Job Summary

The Sales Director of Europe will be responsible for planning and executing the sales strategy in the region of Europe based on the Traction global vision and lead the team to achieve the overall sales goals in profitable ways. The position will lead, develop, and coach the regional sales organization proactively to exceed the sales targets through growth initiatives, new product introductions, and customer-facing activities.

Specific Job Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies consistent with the BU’s long-term growth plan, establish sales targets, and ensure sales achievement through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans.
